This automated door system provides a reliable way to manage your flock's schedule without manual intervention. It uses a simple menu system to set opening and closing times based on your preference. The unit is designed to work in various weather conditions, ensuring the safety of your birds from predators during the night.
The device includes a light sensor that can trigger the door based on sunrise and sunset levels. This flexibility allows the door to adjust naturally as the seasons change and daylight hours shift. It is built to be weather-resistant and fits most standard chicken coop setups with a vertical lifting mechanism.
Installation is straightforward since the electronics are housed in a self-contained module. It runs on standard batteries, eliminating the need for complex wiring near the coop. This setup is ideal for poultry keepers who want to ensure their chickens are locked up safely even when they are away from home.
